The following link is strictly for LAPD Commands to make Directed Referrals either due to an On-Duty Critical incident; (e.g., OIS, CUOF, ICD, traumatic exposure), or due to Job Performance or Safety/Welfare concerns (e.g., job duties, DV, DUI, etc.).
